How to Enter!
Go to our social media pages, tag yourself in the post that has a category you would like to be nominated for, the more you are tagged, the higher the possibility of you being selected as a nominee.
ASE Awards team will communicate if you were successfully nominated then a poster will be created for you.
Public Nomination
ASE Award announces their categories on their social pages (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). A poster of individual categories will be posted on their pages and underneath each post fans or the potential nominee can comment and tag the potential nominee.
ASE awards team then checks /screens the eligibility or the potential nominee and select the final nominees

Eligibility for entry
- Must be an African citizen
- In certain categories, collaborations between qualifying artists and international artists (none African citizens) are allowed given that the African artist has equal shares of the song
- All material submitted should be released in the specified months and are active (May 2020- August 2021)
General
- ASE Awards or sponsors will not be held liable for any damages, loses, costs or expenses that entrants or nominees incur due to their participation of this event.
- All entrants and nominees names, pictures, biographies etc. may be used without entrant’s further consent
- Selected nominees will be contacted by ASE Awards and posted on ASE Awards social pages.
- Selected nominees will be given 10 days after the announcement of qualified entrants to withdraw from the event if they no longer want to participate in it.
- If 10 days have passed ASE Awards team will then have the final say whether the nominee may withdraw from the competition or not.
